Strength & Core Yoga

Vinyasa Flow


It is a dynamic and breath-centered yoga practice where movement flows seamlessly from one pose to the next.

Prenatal & Pospartum


This practice offers slow, supportive movements for restorative healing and adapting to prenatal or postpartum needs.

● Restorative Flow focuses on deep relaxation, using props to release tension and rejuvenate the body.
● Prenatal Flow emphasizes gentle stretches, hip openers, and breathwork to ease discomfort and prepare for childbirth.
